Moms and Dads,
being both a parent and now a teacher can be challenging for sure.
With this comes added stress for you, and your children, while you navigate a new normal. In an effort to help you and your kids get a much needed break in the day,
I am offering this short-term exercise program for kids.
Take this time for yourself to eat lunch in peace, grab a cup of coffee and a book, or simply unwind alone.
All kids ages 4- 10 years old, but everyone at any age, including parents are welcome to join.
At home gym class
